56. I am 7 months in to losing a loved one, my dad, to covid

Nothing makes you feel better. Except...Temporarily when trump lost in November and today with the hope that Joe Biden brings.

But nothing fills the hole.

Liken to people who lost someone to uncontrollable forces. Advise said to:
1. Stop watching news.
2. Do things your loved one would have done. Say what they would say.
3. Find people who have it worse than you.

No forum for those of us who lost someone to grieve together. PM me anytime.
