The colors in the most recent photo are more saturated overall.

On edit: Never mind. Just saw a photo of Bill's Oval Office with Socks the cat sitting in his chair. Looks like that's also Bill's rug. I'm kind of surprised that Fat Bastard allowed used drapes, let alone Bill Clinton's.
