78. It's a point the OP has made in a few other threads

Actually, I take that back. I'm not seeing a point. it looks like a teenager jabbering on their livejournal about an idea they have, without ever actually giving form or meaning to the idea.

Okay, Grits dislikes the notion of secession and Robert E. Lee. What relevance does this have to any damned thing in the world, other than Grits maybe using the wrong neck-tube when doing tequila shots?

What I see, is another vaguely affronted southerner on DU, shaking their fingers at those of us who have the fucking audacity to not live there, without ever explaining why there's finger-shaking, presumably for no reason other than to clench their own testicles and screech about how oppressed the south is when someone goes "excuse me, but what the fuck are you going on about, and why does it need five threads?"
