To install a calming routine after the calenture of Trump Kakistocracy.

-Slow down and look things over
-Not attempt to ram things through
-Listen to the other side
-Give peace a chance
-Follow past rules, precedence, procedures.

Another opportunity lost if we don't push good and not listen to the evil and bad of human nature (Republican criminal mind).
