10. Well I'm not impressed so far

All items were in stock when my order was placed, which was just enough to get free 2-day shipping.

However one of the items appears to have become unavailable.

My order was delayed without explanation. Then, after a week, the WHOLE order was cancelled due to "high demand".

Why cancel the whole order??
