I don’t even think trump will be convicted in the senate. He’ll have plenty of legal problems I don’t think he’ll pay for the insurrection. Of course many of the rioters are basing their defense on trump telling them to do so. There’s going to be a lot of evidence against him. Not that evidence matters to the rethugs.
