accosted me and refused to back off while maskless. Frankly, I've considered carrying a fitness telescoping aluminum walking stick with me to maintain distance when forced to enter a space where COVID precautions are not enforced. If that makes me combative, tough. This is life and death and I have patients to consider as well (HCW).
