8. Pre-covid, N95 masks sold for about 50 cents. They cost about 25 cents each to make.

It is absolutely criminal that Trump did not invoke the Defense Production Act (DPA) to make N95 masks. Every man, woman and child in the US should have been alotted five N95 masks each, for free.
