If this is real, it's pretty damning. Tied their hands perfectly. I think that Pence called them to come, and that is why they finally showed up.

In particular, I recall that neighboring states had their guys on the line ready to take action, but they were not allowed. It says right there in the memo that no outside guard could be used.

Trump et al are SCUM. The Republican Party will never recover any credibility. This is why the impeachment trial is so important, even if the scum Repubs won't vote to convict him.

And, all conviction means is preventing the Orange Turd from ever holding office. None of the other legal problems he has will go away (although I personally think that he may simply pay a fine and walk off into the sunset.)
