I’m thrilled that our young-to-youngish Dems in particular (AOC, Jimmy Gomez, eg) are all over this. This is what the Republicans have done to us for decades from the low ground as you noted and we’ve never responded in kind. The opportunity for a long-overdue and righteous reckoning is staring us right in the face.
