done as a result of the Jan. 6 rally on the Ellipse, if they violated the terms of the Permit. So the question is, did they help lead the march on the Capitol -- which would be a violation of their permit? Or did individual participants march on their own?
Here is the Jan. 6 rally permit, obtained by "Women for America First," which says that after the "March for Trump" rally, the WAF will NOT lead an organized march to the Capitol.
However, it says, some "participants" may leave the event to attend rallies at the Capitol to hear the results of the Congressional certification of the Electoral College count.
This language is on page 2. Page 5, paragraph O contains some additional clauses about the liability of Women for America First IF the terms of the permit are violated.
The permit also says the event may run till 5 pm, which would have fit with participants leaving to hear the "results" of the Certification. However, by 1:30 pm Trump told them to go the the Capitol and stop the count. The insurrectionists left the rally after hearing Trump say, "We're going to the Capitol. . . ."
The individuals responsible for the rally are named on pages 23 and 24.
