Mabye I'm being subconsciously self-serving, because I was near the top of the income range for the $1,200 and $600 checks, but I think it kills us politically if people who got those checks under Trump don't get the $1,400 checks under Biden.

Sure, not all those people need the money.

But, FOR ONCE, can we stop to think about the politics of the thing?
