We've seen Palm Beach already do nothing when he decided to simply ignore the agreed-upon deal that would prevent him from living at M-a-L permanently. Why would they fight this? And I'm guessing the helipad is psychologically important to the former Snowflake-in-Chief, because he can tell himself that it remains there for when he'll need it in his second term staring in 2025.
