(20,986 posts)15. It is against regulations. What's odd to me is that someone on twitter is identifying the cop
as Dana Martillo based on the name plate. That's not Dana Martillo's badge number.

Dana Martillo is the only "Martillo" in the capstat data base, and the badge number in the picture brings up no results in a search of the data base.

My theory is that perhaps Maloney (who has a history of aiding fake cops) gave that bloke in the pic
