in need of mental health that are being used by the the very cynical leaders ..... this is abuse of our Disability Laws .... the trump folks have gone after the very low IQ, people that need mental health and Nursing Homes (Non compos mentis ).... reports are that the MAFIA controls many private Nursing Homes ... follow the money !!!!!
