They have the arrogance to think they know it all, that they are the smartest person in the room, that they have nothing more to learn, that they are always right.

A wise man has the humility to recognize that there is always more to learn, that even the smartest are fallible, that there is always someone smarter than you, that there is no shame in acknowledging a mistake and changing course.
