I know she won't, but I'd fall over laughing if she were to assume a different role for each stroll past Moscow Mitch to break a tie -- a tennis outfit while swinging a racquet; a Southern Belle, complete with hoops and parasol; combat boots and fatigues; golf club, porkpie hat and checkered socks, etc. Make 'em wonder what in the hell is this woman interrupting to cast this vote!

She could have them foaming at the mouth and screaming, "Sanctions! Censure! Preposterous!"
