Go back to your family and friends. Admit you were wrong. Apologize. Don't make the same mistake again.

When everyone says you were wrong and shuts you out, you are almost certainly wrong.

Listen to the people you know, not the wackadoos you don't know.

But first of all, admit that you were wrong about all of that nonsense to yourself, and believe you were wrong. That's the first step. If you did bad or illegal things, you may have to face the consequences of that. If you hurt only yourself, go back and beg people to forgive you. They probably will.
