A couple of weeks ago Darrell Issa had his fun-balloon (Fast & Furious Faux Scandal) popped by the mean old independent investigator who found no connection between an ATF straw gun purchaser investigation, that had nothing to do with gun running and which never made it beyond Arizona in the intelligence food chain, and Eric Holder. Not only that, the only one to resign over it was Bush appointee ATF Director Ken Melson.

He pouted for awhile, and then found a NEW toy to play with. He and Jason Chaffetz are now going after a new contrived scandal over the Obama Administrations apparent lack of security for the Embassy in Libya. That is until our hero, Soledad O'Brian asked him about his embarrassing little vote on Embassy Security funding.

Count them. FIVE SECONDS between assclown-in-chief Jason Chaffetz's full throated attack on the Obama Administration's lack of security for the Embassy, and a full throated defense of his vote to cut funding for Embassy security. That's GOT to be some kind of RECORD! Honestly, I don't know how he does it. If you tried to go from full forward at 120mph to full reverse in a Porsche, you'd rip the transmission to shreds! Apparently, the Republican hypocrisy machine is far more advanced than that.
