The guy stage managed every moment of his "hospitalization", and despite stories of how sick he was, managed to do a publicity driven return to the WH in prime time in 3 days?

The same guy that has zillions of reports he is suffering from drug abuse/addictions and/or dementia, is in piss poor shape at the age of 74?
