7. The one thing I really, really want him to do is nail Ryan on the "revenue-neutral" BS.

Remember the clip where someone is asking Ryan how he'll pay for those tax cuts and he says, "it's revenue-neutral" four or five times (like someone using a cross to ward off a vampire) and then says the math is too time-consuming? I want Biden to call him on that. Revenue-neutral means we have to give up something for those tax cuts: precisely what is it? If Ryan doesn't have a detailed answer that fact-checkers agree is mathematically plausible, then he doesn't know what he's talking about. We can't afford any more fairy tale economics from the conservatives. If he does have a detailed answer, where the math tallies, that will show us his priorities, and that's something the electorate has a right to know before Election Day.

Either way, it's time for Romney and Ryan to put up or shut up on the $5 trillion.
