33. Seeing a man in his late 70s so physically fit is inspiring

Joe works hard to stay in shape. It will serve him well the next 4 or 8 years.

I have a dad who is 78 and does the same, he's in better shape than most people in their 40s. He lifts weights, and will ride his bike 30-40 miles a day when the weather is OK. And when people think of a 78 year old on a bike, they think of a guy casually peddling a heavy roadster, not my dad, he has a lightweight mountain bike than he powers up hills with, if you couldn't see his face, you'd think it was someone in their 20s powering through anything on his bike.

The job of President is incredibly physically demanding. Both Obama and Biden looked up to the task. Trump was so out of shape both physically and mentally that by the end he was not doing the job at all anymore.
