I remember him being interviewed or answering a question at a press conference where he stated that there was one more action he could take other than judicial actions but something like "he didnt want to do that (paraphrasing)" or language like that. Does anyone remember what that was from? It would seem to prove intention as to creating an insurrection and martial law since he said it was if courts did not act.
