11. Warming up in the Panhandle at 5 degrees!

Better than the last few days with temps in the sub-zeros. This kind of weather is bad but we have harsher winters than lower portions of the state so, there's that.

The rolling blackouts are going into effect today. That's unusual. We're on a different power grid (SPP) than the rest of Texas.
