Leaving a pet behind, is terrible, but we need to have a better perception of why? [View all]

Why would you leave your pet in freezing weather? Why wouldn’t you find someone to take care of that pet? Why, why, why? I am not a big pet person, but I know that is not a good way to treat an animal!

Perception is what Ted Cruz wants you to believe! It is as if a dog can survive on it’s own, just like the people of Texas! I hope those Texans have a better perception of Cruz from this point on?
