According to repuke's needing "government healthcare" to prevent you from dying of cancer is akin to needing government to buy you a big screen TV. Health care is a commodity to be bought and sold on the market, just like a big screen TV. If you're poor and are mad that rich CEOs and corporations don't want to pay to keep you alive you're "entitled".

It's funny how the confucks have turned that word into such a negative. Seems to me it has no rational merit and is just a tool meant to humiliate and deride people and tell them "stay in your place" even if it means dying. After all, in the repugnican mind there is no bigger insult to the ego than to be "dependent on government". I think a lot of liberals don't really understand that repugnican propaganda message is all about pride and ego. I see a lot of duped timid people gravitate towards the republican way of thinking because they don't want to be labelled "dependent on government" or be thought of as a "free-loader". It's a slave/submission mentality. Of course there are the actual greedy selfish fucks who really don't care one way or another, but I don't think these are the majority of repuke voters. Most are just scared and have a slave mentality where they are shamed into voting against their interest. That's the only way you can explain how a decent "47%"er can vote for a assholes like Mittens and Ryan who disparage them and call them "victims who think they are entitled to things".

So there you have it. Poor repugnican voters are basically bullied by real-life trolls like Mittens and Ryan. Only instead of being angered by the bully they submit and join forces to save themselves from an injured ego. Thinking you have the right to live is an insult and a source of shame. Poor repugnican voters are terrified of being labelled "free-loaders" and thus respond by supporting our inhumane system and just tell themselves if they are honest and work hard they will one day have enough money that medical bankruptcy or other circumstances beyond their control can't destroy their life. Unfortunately they will not change their thinking until bad shit happens to them.
