11. I'm sure Hannity can afford to pay Wake Forest's tuition

Even if tuition is (I'm guessing) something like $200K over 4 years, it's still way less than a $1 million donation to the school. The issue with Lori Laughlin was that her daughter couldn't get accepted at UCLA unless they finagled some way to get her on a sports team with a fake scholarship. Laughlin was definitely wrong, and she was cheating a deserving student out of an education by her actions.

The issue with Hannity's son is quite different. I'm assuming the boy had decent grades and would have been accepted at Wake Forest or another tony private college even without an athletic scholarship. So OK he's a decent tennis player. But if he quit the team and gave up the scholarship, Daddy can still pay his tuition.
