11. Geez, the Tibia is broken in three places.

One of the broken bone pieces pierced the skin.
The rod is holding it all together.

There are three very big screws holding his ankle together.
Often when you break your ankle, bones in the foot are broken as well.
Those bones are smaller, and break more easily.

They did not pin together the Fibula. They were able to reposition the broken bones there and it will heal on its own.

I broke my fibula, tibia, ankle and foot bones falling down the stairs.
However not as bad as Tiger however, not nearly as bad.

There is a lot of pain and rehab with this kind of injury.
And my injuries were not as bad as Tiger's.
