I have to say that when I see or hear her, that is often the first word that pops in my head. She earned it.

Like so many words, it has taken on numerous meanings over the years and as such, it can evoke different reactions from people. I have found that no matter what you say, chances are you will offend someone, somewhere. You certainly can't please everyone.
