2. I have a former student trying to get out of Myanmar right now.

The last thing I heard from him he was at the Embassy trying to get visa to get out of there. It is terrifying the level of violence he has talked about. The internet is almost totally shut down right now. I got a message from hima couple of days ago and he said not to expec to hear from him again until he is able to get out of there. I am not a prayerful person but I am praying for him and his wife at this moment.

I can't imagine that United States in that state...no wait I guess I can after the 6th of January. Anyone saying that kind of thing needs to be on the FBI radar, first in line for a serious visit.
