That guy's ridiculous Viking hat and costume were childish demands to "Look at me." He was everywhere on Twitter, Facebook and other SMS but I'm not sure if he was shown on TV news so much. I can't remember if I saw his picture on TV.

I had no idea who the guy was, but my first thought was that he's an out-of-work actor trying to audition for a reality show, or something equally vapid. Turns out, he's just a Q-idiot.
