I’ve never voted for a Republican in my life. The same is probably true for most posters here. So no need for us to ponder this rhetorical question.

Unfortunately, delivering this message to the majority of lifelong Republicans will be just as useless. Tribalism is the most motivating factor in people’s voting, not logic or policy.

Of course, if just a small number of thinking Republicans and Independents arrive at this conclusion, it will suffice. Though I don’t think passing this meme around is what will convince them. They have to come to the realization on their own, and the thinking ones will do so.
