23. 13 million didn't get it because of an IRS fuck up where they sent the money to wrong accounts.

My son, of course, is one of those. He filed for it with this years' return, but have no faith in the government to not fuck things up again. Hope Biden has taken steps to make sure this is fixed, but haven't heard it so???
