36. All in all it looks like the right car

It appears the windows are thick enough, the inside handles likely removed, and the child locks are engaged. Down here the Department of Corrections and the Sheriff's Office don't have their own fleet for toppled despots and convicted drug lords - they use marked vehicles for prisoner transport. Rank has its privileges, I guess.
