26. He is a distraction Texas does not need

I'm sorry, but if he wants to make a difference in Texas, he could:

-support a candidate with experience and a real shot at the office like Beto or one of the Castro brothers. Campaign like hell for them.

-run for something smaller to start out with and work his way up. The state house or senate. You can be a leader there, too, and just because you are talented in one area (acting) does not mean you are experienced/highly knowledgeable enough to take on the most complex leadership role in a completely different area like politics right out of the gate.

I am completely over celebs and millionaires deciding the next chapter in their life is politics and going straight for the highest office in the land with ZERO EXPERIENCE. I'm a Texan and a democrat and I'm sorry to say if it comes down to a choice between MM or Abbott, I'd be forced to vote for Abbott.
