Once again, the media is inventing scenarios to create a dumb story for clicks. This is the same thing as when they started asking if Trump would agree to leave office if he lost the election. Just as Trump had no choice, a governor can't deny extradition of a fugitive. But leave it to the media to suspend reality and invent scenarios to get people up in arms....
