84. When they call Joe a "Party Elder" that's significant....

Joe was never into the DC cocktail parties and schmoozing the Democrats were into with the Republicans that led to the creation of the DLC. He was taking the train home to be with his family so he's a throwback to the old Kennedy Era Democratic Party.
