The environment at the Biden home was much calmer than the one that he is in now. To me, dogs seem to be very territorial, the young dog may have staked out territory that he sees regularly at the White House, and when a strange face comes into that territory, watch out.

I see two options of Major stays at the White House, muzzle him at all times, except when he is with family only. Or bring a trainer to the White House and have that person work with Major to help the dog acclimate to it’s new surroundings.
