Tom Walton is not on the Walmart Board of Directors. While he has an interest in Walton family holdings (along with other "Walton heirs) that have a controlling interest in Walmart, he by no mean controls Walmart.

I have yet to see Walmart take a stand against voter suppression laws - like those currently being considered in the Arkansas legislature. Unless Walmart, Tyson Foods, JB Hunt Transport, Dillards, and other major companies based in Arkansas speak up, Arkansas will pass bills very much like those in Georgia.
