Every (R) will vote NO on everything. They will not negotiate for compromises and even if they do in amendments. They will vote NO on the whole legislation.

The only thing that appears to matter is whether or not Manchin will toe the line or ruin everything.

Sweeten the deal by putting in a few extra bridges and roads in WV -- put WV at the front of the line for guaranteed broadband for all residents. I just don't care what you have to promise the residents of WV so that he cannot risk the political backlash to vote NO along with MITCH and every (R) toadie.
