(at least that's what I got). I got my first Moderna shot on Thursday. The fact-sheet information says :

Pain: Ok to take over the counter pain relievers, like ibuprofen or acetaminophen, after your appointment.
Discomfort: Move the arm around and apply a clean, cool compress"
Fever: Drink plenty of fluids


they also give you information about signing up to V-Safe. It's an app where you can list any symptoms of your vaccine so the experts who are studying the virus can be informed.

I thought the literature they handed me was very helpful.
