14. This is what I did two days before my second

Pfizer shot. I did feel the shot this time but the side effects were almost non-existent. Immediately after the shot I started to exercise my shot arm since I was not driving. When I got home I continued to exercise by doing small circles every half hour for about a minute. Eating well helped, too.
