to not pay out claims. Maybe also allow states to xfer all hospitalization costs back onto the unvaxed. That will kill 2 birds.

First, it would give a sharp financial incentive to get vaxed.

Second, it would eliminate the gop love for pre-existing condition exemptions.

Mostly satire here.
