live in New Mexico now... but i remember even in Churches day, Idaho had the highest per capita John Burch society membership, of any state.. was thinking about Idaho the other day... and how in 66 we passed the first sales tax by referendum..in those days they cared about education..
looks like after Church, and Cecil Andrus, they just went off the right end..
