We don't understand why exactly but for whatever reason, sobriety ain't for everyone and while some overdoses are intentional, most are simply medical screw ups made especially worse by the advent of widely available fentanyl/carfentanil used to cut the low quality yet widely available black tar Heroin common in the Americas.

Given the horribly inconsistent consumer market made worse by all the above mentioned mismanagement, Methadone isn't a bad alternative until and unless things are allowed to improve.

Blue Dawn, know there is a place much better than where you are just around the corner. That second vaccination does tend to kick your ass for a day, two at the most or at least it did me.
