31. I had a job with very heavy lifting and lots of bending

several episodes of extreme back pain. did some research and realized that was what it was. amazing pain, similar to experience with childbirth. i no longer have the job, thank heavens, and i still do flexibility exercises during the day and right before bed. i made some adjustments to the ones i found online. god bless folks with back problems. can't sit .... stand ... lay ... walk. i give thanks every day. hope you feel better too
