I'm already plagued by things that happened several decades ago. An ankle I rolled REALLY badly in about 73. A popped hip joint from throwing an ill-advised (wasn't warmed up at all) side kick at a 6' target. A broken radial head of my L elbow from '80 or '81.
Can't wait till those come back full force.
Still, I thank you for sharing the information. Forewarned is forearmed, as they say.
