(15,532 posts)I'm not the type to needlessly worry that MAYBE it didn't work simply because my immune system didn't strongly react to it (yet). I read many weeks ago that there was no correlation anyway.
By the way, the jerk ahead of me showed up 5 minutes late for his appointment, which are scheduled 15 minutes apart at that local pharmacy. So he was 5 minutes late and I was 10 minutes early, walking inside the pharmacy behind him. I recognized him from 4 weeks ago.
Then he had a bunch of paperwork to fill out for whatever reason. He also LIED that he never received a vaccine card the first time, so that was another delay as they gave him another one with both entries filled out. I never mentioned that he was fibbing, but I specifically remembered them handing him a vaccine card the first time. (I wanted to be sure they handed them out, and I was relieved to see him get one a few weeks ago.)
Oh, well... at least he got vaccinated. He delayed my shot by about 20 minutes, but whatever.
Edit: I once again received a "fresh" dose, based in the Moderna lot number. There's a website to look up those lot numbers, and this dose was also just a few days short of 6 months from expiring. So that surely means it was manufactured just a few days ago.
