15. When I first read the headline, on the Title page,

I was sure the sentence was truncated because of character limit. How could it be otherwise? How wrong I was.

I'm a little conflicted about the 'humour' and tone thereof. If this was a DU jury situation, I'd call it "Close, but doesn't quite break the rule."
