26. Been under reported for many years. Maybe that is changing.

If you were black and shot it never made the news at all. This was a late as 2015.

Forget the stats of how many die every day by a gun in the US - it's out there somewhere but at work so don't have time to look now.

But it was always eye opening to see Thr reaction to mass shootings like Columbine compared to the lack of reaction to everyday shootings in the big cities.
